Silver & Brown Smokeyness!

Hello there readers~

It's been quiet a while since I posted anything on my blog. I have been crazy busy with a new project (work of course). Other than that, I just visited 3 different countries about a month ago. I went to Spain, France and Italy. It was very nice but not relaxing as it required a lot of walking. I had a major back pain after I left Spain and it continued through out rest of my trip. I still did what I wanted to do but it was no bueno :(. I did a lot of shopping and ate a lot esp in Italy as you know it's known for their Pizza and Pasta. So how could I resist that deliciousness right? ;)

Now back to my make up story.. Just this past weekend I attended my High school friends wedding where I got my first and foremost chance to do a bridal makeup. YUP!!!! that happened :D

I will go ahead and post the pictures and I will list all products details as well. She wanted Silver & Brown smokey eyes as her theme was mostly Silver.. I guess I did quiet a nice job being my first time for the bridal makeup. Please comment or suggest on how I did or what I need to do in future to make it even better? Suggestions are more than welcome :) (I mean it )

So here are the products deets:

1. Foundation- MAC Studio Fix ( I don't rem the # as I used hers)
2. Primer- Laura Mercier Face Primer
3. Powder- BareMinerals (Golden Medium) & MAC Studio Fix NC30
4. Brozer- NYX Matte Bronzer in Medium & Tarte (Park Ave Princess)
5. Concealer- Maybelline Age Rewind 20L400
6. Blush- BH Cosmetics 10 Color Palette (Orangish Pink- Second one on the top left)
7. Eyeshadow base- NYX 
8. Eyeshadows- Urban Decay Naked Palette 2 (Used Black),  I used this Loreal Brown from her Palette & Silver I used MAC.
9. Mascara- Loreal telescopic in Black
10. Lashes- Ardell in Wispies
11. Highlighter- MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in Soft and Gentle
12. Eyeliner- MAC Feline
13. Lips- Used her red liner and her lipstick :) (sorry i don't recall the names
14. Eyebrows- Anastasiabeverly Hills Dark Brown Pomade

!Perfect Fall Smokey Eyes!

It's been super long since I posted anything on my blog. My apologies about not being consistent. I will try my best to be more "active" moving forward :)

Here is my makeup look inspired by some FALL colors.

I will first list step by step process and will list the products I used at the very end.

Steps:

1. Used NARS Pro-Prime Eyeshadow Base.
2. Used bhCosmetics Orange eyeshadow as a transition color.
3. Used Darkbrown in the outer half of my eyes.
4. Used Pink in the inner half of my eyes.
5. Blended all the shadows with a blending brush.
6. Used Urban Decay Naked 2 half baked on the inner corner to highlight.
7. Mixed the Orange and Pink shadows on the bottom lash line with a smudging brush.
8. Used NYC Liquid Liner for the lash line.
9. Used Sephora kajal eyeliner in Black in the waterline.
10. Used Loreal Telecsopic Mascara :)

Products list:

1. Used NARS Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base.
2. Used bhCosmetics eyes on the 70s palette. (Dark Pink bottom left, Dark Brown bottom right and for transition color I used the orange color last second row)
3. Used all bhCosmetics brushes (blending, smudge etc)
4. Foundation is Makeup Forever HD in color N127
5. Used Park Ave Princess to Contour by Tarte Cosmetics.
6. Used Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser in shade 20L400
7. Blush is MAC Gingerly.
8. Highlight is MAC Soft and Gentle.
9. Powder to set the foundation is MAC Studio Fix (NC35) and BareMinerals (Golden Medium)
10. Eyebrows are Anastasia Beverly Hills Dark Brown Pomade.
11. NYC Liquid Liner.
12. Sephora kajal pencil in the waterline.
13. Mascara is Loreal Telescopic Mascara in Black.
14. Brushes for Face- Real Techniques
15. Lips : Palladio Lipliner in LL292 and Lipstick is Sephora No6.

Summer Glow

Good Morning Everyone and Happy Sunday,

Today I will be posting my first and foremost blog about the makeup look I did few days back. I was not sure what to achieve when I started playing with colors the other day. So, I decided it would be perfect to go with the SUMMER time look since, its about that time of the year. 

I mainly used all neutral colors on my eyes and just used few other products on my face to get the dewy and shiny skin. I will be listing the products I used to achieve this look. It's very simple and doesn't need a whole lot of skills, so anyone can try to get it :D

Jumpsuit Love!

Welcome & Happy Thursday!!!

Are you all ready for USA vs Germany match today? Ahh... I am super pumped. I am working from home today as well, so I will be watching all three games. Lucky eh? ;)

Now..Lets, get started with my second blog post. 

I wore this jumpsuit about two weeks ago when I went for a brunch with my hubby. Here are the OOTD details. I will also post couple of pictures so you can see how cute it is :D

JUMPSUIT: TOBI

I love wearing jumpsuts and rompers during the summer time. They look soo stylish and I seriously think anyyyone can pull it off so well. I did not wear any accessories (except my watch) to go with it, since it already had some nice details on it.

Sandals: Banana Republic

They are just regular (no heels) sandals. Very comfortable to walk on them. I was walking around DC on them all day and they obviously did not hurt my feet at all :)

Bag: H&M

My good ole same brown bag that I carry it with me at all time. You will be seeing me carrying this bag a lot ;)

Shades: Raybans

ORANGE is the new Black!

OOTD Details :

Dress- H&M 

Where do I even start talking about this beautiful dress? I bought it about two years ago and I have been wearing it ever since. I mostly wear it during Spring/ Summer time because I think the color is just so perfect. Not to mention, it also has this details on the top left shoulder (wish I have taken a close up pic) which makes the dress even flattering. I get soo many compliments every time I wear it :)

Shoes- Tobi

Hmm..about these sandals..they are everything. They are the most Fashionable yet comfortable Sandals I have ever worn. They go with pretty much everything I wear. I have been wearing them a lot lately and the more I wear it, the more I fall in love with it :)

Bag- H&M

This off-shoulder bag is perfect in size which make it so easier for me to carry all my belongings (makeup bag, wallet, a hair brush, deodorant etc). Not to mention, it goes perfect with anything I wear. Just love it :)

Oh, and those shades are Ray bans- I got them from Nordstrom.
